The Company was established on August 2006 on 18,000 square meters of land. Initially, the name of the company was Abusem , until it was re-named as Abusem Trading PLC back in 2018. The company has been showing a radical change with steady and fast growth in finance, asset, business volume and sectors. In effect, the company is changed to Abusem Holding Company. Currently Abusem expands its business and also started new projects like Animal Food Processing Factory and Oil Factory with huge investment cost at 65,000 Sq.m land in B/Dar City-Capital of Amhara Regional State
